News: New arrivals at Valley Heights

A number of Rail Transport Museum exhibits under restoration arrived at Valley Heights shortly after midnight on 15 September 2008 transferred from Thirlmere.

The exhibits include:

the engine of 5711 (the cab and tender bogies and frame arrived in December 2006)
bogied MRC (later coded as NRMA) refrigerated van
four wheel CW cattle truck
four wheel open S truck
four wheel HG guard's van
